Highbeam
Enterprise
More customers from search, run on your own servers, with your own AI models, publishing into the site you already have.
Your servers
On-prem install
We install Highbeam on your servers or in your cloud account, and your team runs it from there.
Containers
Highbeam runs as Docker containers with its own Postgres database. Point it at your own database instead if you prefer.
Your models
Use your own Anthropic key, another provider such as OpenRouter or DeepSeek, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, including models you host yourself with Ollama or vLLM.
Your agent
Or hand every AI step to an agent you run, such as Claude, Codex or Cursor. The quality checks still run inside Highbeam.
Backups
The database is backed up every night to a folder outside the containers: seven daily copies and four weekly ones by default, with an alert if the newest goes stale.
Configuration
Positioning, voice and rules are files in a folder you mount, so your team can review every change. Most settings also change from the admin, with no restart.
Network
By default the app listens only on the server itself, so people reach it through your own reverse proxy.
Your stack
Integrations
Highbeam publishes into the site you already run and reads the analytics you already keep.
WordPress
Posts go in through WordPress’s own REST API with an application password, no plugin. Create them as pending and your editors release each one. An edit updates the same post.
Publishing API
For any other site with an API. Each post arrives as JSON with its slug, title, description, body, image, author and tags, and a later edit updates it in place.
Search Console
A nightly sync brings in the impressions and clicks for your blog pages, through a read-only Google service account.
GA4
A nightly sync of pages, channels and landing pages. Name the one key event that counts as a conversion, and each is credited to the page the visitor landed on.
Clarity
Adds Clarity’s tag to your public blog pages, so heatmaps and session recordings show in your own Clarity dashboards. With a Data Export token, a daily sync keeps your Clarity numbers past the three days Clarity’s API reaches back.
MCP
Every install comes with its own MCP server, so Claude, ChatGPT or your own agent can run it. The same tools are a REST API for programs that are not agents.
Your data
Security and data
Where your content lives, who can reach it, and which outside services see it.
Your own instance
Every Highbeam blog runs as its own instance with its own database. On-prem, the servers and the data are yours.
Encrypted secrets
Keys and passwords saved in the admin are encrypted at rest and masked when read. They can only be typed into the admin, which keeps them out of model prompts and chat logs.
Roles
Owner, Administrator, Editor and Viewer. Invites are one-time links that expire in seven days, and disabling an account signs it out everywhere at once.
Review
Review is on by default: no post goes live until someone on your team approves it.
Model choice
You choose which model provider sees your content, and Highbeam reports the provider and model behind each step.
Read-only analytics
Google Analytics and Search Console are read through a service account you grant Viewer access, and it only reads.
The AI Processing page lists every outside service the hosted product uses and what each one receives. If you need a data processing agreement, ask and we will put it in writing.
Origin
Background
Highbeam comes from twenty years of building content and growth systems at larger companies: Postman, Achieve, Earnest and Tout. Those systems served millions of page views a day.
At Postman, our founder, Javid Jamae, led growth engineering. He built Highbeam for his own product, FFmpeg Micro, and customers asked to use it.
Questions
FAQ
Can Highbeam run on our own servers?
Yes. We install it on your servers or in your cloud account. It runs as Docker containers with its own database, or with yours.
Which AI models does it use?
The ones you choose: Anthropic, OpenRouter, DeepSeek, Groq, any OpenAI-compatible endpoint including models you host, or an agent you run. Research, scoring and writing can each use a different model.
Does it work with our CMS?
Yes, if it is WordPress or any site that takes posts through an API. Highbeam can also serve the blog itself on your own domain, at a path such as /blog.
Will anything publish without our approval?
Not by default. Every draft waits for a person to approve it. You can switch a blog to publish on its own later, and cap how many posts go out a day.
Can our own agents work with it?
Yes. Each install comes with an MCP server and a REST API with the same tools, so your agents can read the queue, edit the Brain, suggest posts and approve drafts.
What does it cost?
That depends on the install. Book a call and we will scope it with you.
