Features

Highbeam learns your business, finds what your customers search for, writes the posts and checks them, then keeps working on the ones already live. Here is each part, with the screen you use it on.

Brain

Highbeam learns your business before it writes a word, so the posts sound like you and sell what you sell.

  • The Brain page rates what Highbeam knows about you: who your reader is, what a new customer is worth, your offers and proof, your voice and the words you never use. The biggest gaps come first.
  • Your plan for the business is read at the start of every research run, and it wins over anything Highbeam has learned on its own.
  • What it learns each week is kept as dated notes, so research builds on last week instead of starting over.
The Brain page in the Highbeam admin: 70%, 16 of 23 questions answered well enough to act on.

Research

A steady queue of topics your customers are searching for, each one scored before anything gets written.

  • Every topic is scored from 0 to 100, and nothing under the minimum (80 unless you change it) is drafted on its own.
  • Each topic is checked against the posts you already have, so you don’t end up with two posts answering the same question.
  • Search volume and keyword difficulty come from keyword research data, and a weekly watch of your industry turns what changed into timely topics.
The Ideas queue in the Highbeam admin: researched topics, each with its plan, bucket, score and search volume.

Drafting and Rules

Posts reach you already checked against your rules, and nothing goes live without your yes until you choose to let it.

  • Every draft gets a score out of 100 and a letter grade, split into Will it rank and Reads human, so you can see which half needs work.
  • Business Claims compares each price, plan, result or warranty in a post with what your positioning says is true, and names any claim it cannot back up.
  • Each rule can be switched off, made stricter or tuned for one blog alone, so one client’s voice is never forced on another.
A draft’s Audit tab in the Highbeam admin: passed with warnings, 43 of 45 rules passed, one should fix and one could fix, with Approve and Reject above.

Auto-Optimization

Every week Highbeam reads how your posts did in Google and turns it into the next round of work.

  • Searches you show up for with no post of your own become new topics.
  • Pages that Google shows but people rarely click are flagged for a fix.
  • When one kind of post brings in more leads than another, it recommends a new mix, and applies it for you if you switch that on.
The SEO and Visibility overview in the Highbeam admin: clicks, impressions, average position and click rate from Search Console, each compared with four weeks earlier.

Cleanup

Highbeam finds the posts that are not pulling their weight and tells you what to do with each one.

  • Once a post has had its chance, at least 90 days live, it gets one verdict: keep, improve, merge, get it indexed or prune.
  • When two posts answer the same question, it says which one to keep. Merging sends the other post’s address there with a permanent redirect.
  • Archiving takes a post off your site with a note saying why. Nothing is deleted, and an archived post can be restored.
The Verdicts tab under Posts in the Highbeam admin: posts to take down, merge, get indexed, improve or leave, each with the reason, sessions and impressions.

Site Audit

A ranked list of what to fix on your website, for Google and for AI assistants.

  • Twice a month it crawls your live site and sorts each finding into must fix, should fix and could fix. It never changes the site.
  • It checks what a search engine can crawl and index, and what an AI assistant can reach, quote and credit to you.
  • Each audit says what was fixed and what is new since the last one, and Download for AI hands the whole report to your developer or your agent as one file.
The Site Audit page in the Highbeam admin: 91% of required checks passing and 89% of recommended checks clear, split into SEO and AI visibility checks.

AI Visibility

See whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity name you when your customers ask them.

  • Each week it asks all four the same five questions, written from your positioning, and records which of them name you.
  • No question names you or a competitor, so a mention counts for something.
  • Questions people ask the assistants that no post of yours answers become topics for new posts.

Analytics

See which posts bring in visitors and leads, post by post.

  • Search Console and Google Analytics are brought in each day, counted for your posts alone.
  • You pick the one action that counts as a lead, and each lead is credited to the post the visit landed on.
  • To connect Google you add one email address to your Analytics and Search Console, with no key file to handle.
The Analytics page in the Highbeam admin: a Google impressions chart for the last four weeks.

Channels

Each new post comes with a draft for every channel you turn on: LinkedIn, X, Reddit and Google Business Profile.

  • Nothing is posted for you. You copy a draft, post it from your own account and mark it posted with its link.
  • Redraft writes it again with the channel’s current settings, and Decline sets it aside.
  • You can also start a channel draft from any topic in your queue.

MCP and API

Run Highbeam from Claude, ChatGPT or your own software.

  • Each blog has its own MCP server. ChatGPT and the Claude app connect when you sign in and press Allow, with no key to copy.
  • The same tools are a plain HTTPS API for software that is not an agent.
  • Text an agent sends is a suggestion: Highbeam writes the post from it, and the result still waits for your review.
The Connectors page in the Highbeam admin: connect Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, other agents or the API to the blog’s MCP server.
