Today

The Problem

Founder Time

The posts that win buyers need someone who knows the business, and that person is usually you. Writing loses to every other job on the list.

Generic Drafts

A chat assistant writes fast, but it has never read your product pages, your buyers or what you already published. The drafts read like everyone else’s.

Guesswork

Without numbers per post, nobody knows which posts bring leads. The next topic is a hunch.

Highbeam

Features

Brain

Posts that sound like your company wrote them.

Highbeam reads up to 25 pages of your site and writes your positioning, reader, voice and first topics from them. The Brain page shows what it knows and what it still needs from you.

Research

Every post answers a question your buyers already ask.

It finds what your buyers search for on Google, adds the questions AI assistants answered without naming you, and keeps a queue of topics. Each one arrives with the search it targets and why it was picked.

Review

Nothing goes live until you say yes.

Every draft is checked against your rules first, then waits in your review queue. Once the posts sound right, you can switch Highbeam to publish on its own.

Conversion tracking

See which posts bring in leads.

Pick the Google Analytics event that counts for you, such as a sign-up or a demo request. Highbeam credits each one to the page the visitor landed on, and never suggests pruning a post that has brought one in.

AI Visibility

Find out whether ChatGPT names you when buyers ask.

Every week it asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity the questions your buyers would ask, and records whether you were named. A question that left you out becomes a topic.

MCP

Run it from Claude or your own agent.

Your blog has its own MCP server, so your agent can read the queue, edit the Brain, suggest a post and approve a draft.

Questions

FAQ

Who is this page for?

Businesses that sell beyond one town: consultancies, agencies of one, software companies and small SaaS teams. If your customers come from a local service area, the local business page fits better.

Does it work with my website?

Yes: WordPress, any site that takes posts through a publishing API, or a blog Highbeam hosts for you. An edit updates the post already on your site instead of adding a copy.

We sell something technical. Can it keep up?

It learns from your own pages first, and you can add your own material and rules to the Brain. Every draft still waits for your review, so an expert reads it before anyone else does.

How do I know it is working?

Highbeam reads your Search Console and Google Analytics every night. You see clicks and leads per post, and each week the numbers turn into new topics and a list of pages that need work.

How soon will I see leads?

New posts take weeks to be found. On our own blog, the first sign-up came 7 weeks after the first post.

Can I run more than one site?

Yes. Each blog keeps its own Brain, rules and review queue, and the rate per blog drops from the 6th.
