The Problem

Writer Hours

Every new content client means more writer and editor hours. The margin shrinks as the roster grows.

Uneven Quality

Quality depends on which writer got the brief, and each client’s voice lives in somebody’s head.

Reporting

Clients ask what the posts did. Pulling the numbers for each client is a job of its own.

Highbeam

Operations

Workload

Your team reviews; Highbeam does the rest.

Research, drafting and the checks against each client’s rules run on their own for every blog. What is left for a person is the review queue. On our own blog, that takes 5 to 15 minutes a day.

Client Brains

Each client keeps its own voice.

Every client’s blog has its own Brain: positioning, reader, voice, banned phrases and competitors, kept as files you can read and edit. Each blog runs on its own database, so nothing crosses between clients.

Client Review

Review each client at the pace it needs.

Every blog has its own review queue and its own rules. Keep a new client on review and let an established one publish on its own. Drafting pauses once 10 drafts are waiting, so a busy week never buries the queue.

Team Seats

Writers, account managers and clients each get the access their job needs.

Owner, administrator, editor and viewer roles on every blog. Invite a client as a viewer to read everything and change nothing. Invite links expire after seven days.

One Account

Every client a click away.

The account owner opens any blog on the account from the sidebar, and plans and invoices sit on one account page.

MCP

Run every client from your own agent.

Each blog has its own MCP server, so Claude or your own agent can read the queue, edit the Brain, suggest a post and approve a draft for any client.

Questions

FAQ

How many clients can one person run?

It depends on how closely you review each one. The reseller calculator on the pricing page lets you set blogs per person and see the margin at the agency rates.

Can my clients see their blog?

Yes. Invite a client as a viewer to read every page and change nothing, or as an editor to approve drafts themselves.

Does one client’s material ever reach another’s posts?

No. Each client’s blog has its own Brain, rules, review queue and database.

Does it work with my clients’ websites?

Yes: WordPress, any site that takes posts through a publishing API, or a blog Highbeam hosts. An edit updates the post already on the site instead of adding a copy.

What does it cost?

Per blog, a month, with no platform fee: 1 to 5 at $299, 6 to 15 at $263, 16 to 25 at $233, 26 to 50 at $203, 51 and up at $179. Each band’s rate applies to the blogs in that band.
